This organization is a local charity that serves people of lower incomes by providing free food, clothing, and hygiene products. My role was flexible; my main tasks were inputting information from clients’ forms into the database, performing intake calls to confirm client information and asking if they need any additional help from the organization’s services/connections. I also helped around the facility with general tasks & cleaning. Additionally, I volunteered with events; I photographed at a fundraising event with performances, silent auctions, and guest speakers like the mayor, and helped hand out candy to clients for Halloween at the facility.
