Program Co-Coordinator

I helped to plan and co-coordinate bi-monthly programs for QTBIPOC (Queer/Trans, Black, Indigenous, People of Colour) members in the local community. Such a program was designed by QTBIPOC such as myself and made for QTBIPOC with the intention to create a safe space for discussion and conversation. I helped to plan ideas for programs, social media design, outreach, and facilitation. My involvement as a co-cordinator began due to my connection to Positive Space Network as a former Youth Action Committee member, where I attended meetings twice a month from November 2019 to June 2020 to help create a vision and plan future LGBTQ+ youth programs.
